SHIPPING
Local & international shipping to most countries in the world is available when ordering products from our Website. Free shipping is available on order over $1,300.00 otherwise you must pay all shipping and handling charges (“Shipping Charges”) in addition to the purchase price for the Product. The Shipping Charges will depend on the value of your order and the country to which the Products are being shipped. Details of the Shipping Charges will be transparently listed during the checkout process. If applicable all Shipping Charges will be shown to you before you complete your purchase.
The shipping time will depend on your exact destination and your country’s custom handling, but mostly varies around 2-5 business days. However, specific shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Below is a list of select countries we provide free shipping on orders over $1,300.00:

 

RETURNS
Customer has 7 days from the date of receipt of delivery to exercise its right for a refund or an exchange. Before any return for refund or exchange is authorized the customer must contact Minimax Watches (info@minimaxwatches.com). The goods must be returned by the customer at his/her own expense.

All returned items must be received in their new unused condition, complete and in their original packaging. The original purchase price of the goods minus a 10% restocking fee will be refunded to the customer after receipt of the goods by Minimax Watches. Funds refund processing time varies between banks and may take up to 21 working days to reflect in your statement. If product is damaged upon arrival Minimax Watches cannot accept the return.


WARRANTY
We stand by our products and offer a 2-year, limited warranty on the watches. This 2-year limited warranty includes all components and craftsmanship of the movement and case. This warranty does not cover leather goods, normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents or negligence. This warranty is rendered void if work is carried out on the watch by persons who are not authorized to do so by Minimax watches, taken apart in any way, abused or the watch has been tampered with. If necessary, we will repair or replace any defective watch with the same or a comparable model. You must register your watch online after you have received it in order to better serve you in case of a claim. 


OFFICIAL MINIMAX WATCHES WEBSITE
All products displayed on the Website may be available at Official Minimax Watches Retailers. Minimax Watches reserves the right at all times to modify its models featured on the Website. While Minimax Watches has tried to accurately display shapes and colors of its products on the Website, they mostly depend on your monitor, operating system and may therefore be perceived differently. Images shown in the website may be slightly different than that of a real watch.
Minimax Watches does not approve any modification made by non-authorized third parties on the Minimax Watches products, including the addition of verbal and graphic elements, as well as any customization activity (such as black coated watches, the addition of aftermarket diamonds, bezels, dials and bracelets etc.). These modifications may harm the quality and the integrity of the Minimax Watches products.
Any addition or substitution of parts or accessories with those not manufactured by Minimax Watches, as well as, any alteration, modification or other material change made to or on Minimax Watches products by a third party not authorized by Minimax Watches cancels the warranty.
All intellectual property rights such as trademarks, trade names, designs and copyrights are reserved and are exclusively owned by Minimax Watches.

Your access and use of the website Minimaxwatches.com (the “Website”) is subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Website, you accept without limitation or qualification this Terms of Use Agreement.
Liability: No Warranties or Representations
